How to make delicious coffee that not everyone knows

Arabica coffee originates from a tropical highland region of East Africa and has been present in our country since the 19th century. Currently, the total area of Arabica coffee cultivation in Vietnam is about 36,000 hectares.

Arabica coffee is grown mainly in Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Son La, Dien Bien, Hoa Binh. In Lam Dong, Arabica coffee is grown in abundance in Don Duong, Lam Ha, Di Linh, Duc Trong and some areas outside Da Lat city. Arabica coffee is nearly twice as expensive as Robusta coffee. Depending on the processing method of each manufacturer, the price and quality are also different. The two most popular Arabica roast levels today are > Light or Medium. In the world, there are also Brazil and Colombia, two countries that export very strongly this type of coffee. In the Vietnamese market, besides Robusta coffee, roasted Arabica coffee is very popular today.

You can use dry-processed Arabica or wet-processed Arabica for filter coffee. Note, depending on the region and each area, there are different mixing ratios of Arabica and Robusta. Arabica is an indispensable ingredient in a cup of espresso coffee. It is best to use wet-processed Arabica coffee, or you can also use Moka to make espresso. If you want a thicker layer of Crema, you should mix Arabica with Robusta. Do not use Arabica soaked in butter to make espresso as it will shorten the life of the machine.
